Product integration
Connect websites, CRMs, media platforms, and delivery systems with predictable service and setting identifiers.
- Direct private-media transfer
- Asynchronous jobs and results
- Idempotent production requests
Furnio for developers
Build property-aware photo workflows with one production control plane, asynchronous delivery, and AI-client access designed around the same permissions and credit gates as Furnio.
const job = await furnio.jobs.create({property: listing.id,service: "virtual_staging",settings: {room: "living_room",style: "japandi"}});// Direct media transfer. Async result delivery.webhooks.verify(job.result);
Approved access
Developer access is attached to the approved email address—not to a password chosen by Furnio. We never email or assign passwords.
Tell us what you are building and whether you need sandbox, production API, webhooks, or MCP.
Furnio emails a one-time, expiring activation link to the address reviewed by our team.
Continue with Google, sign in with an existing Furnio password, or create an account and choose your own password.
The signed-in email must match the application. Once claimed, enabled tools and limits appear in the Developer Portal.
Open the newest activation email first. If you used Google before, no password is required. If you forgot an existing password, request a secure reset link.
Open Developer PortalOne control plane
Every production path resolves to the same developer account, enabled services, ownership checks, concurrency limits, and credit ledger. Integration choice never becomes a billing loophole.
Connect websites, CRMs, media platforms, and delivery systems with predictable service and setting identifiers.
Receive signed job events inside your own infrastructure instead of repeatedly asking whether work is finished.
Connect approved tools to Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other interactive clients through secure remote MCP.
Ship safely
Sandbox calls use deterministic fixtures, dummy result images, and controlled error scenarios. No source bytes are uploaded and no production credits can be consumed.
Interactive clients
Approved accounts receive guided connection details in the developer portal. Until then, the public site does not publish operational server addresses or credentials.

Designed for boundaries
Furnio remains authoritative for identity, access, credits, ownership, and job state. Your product orchestrates the experience while image bytes move directly to private object storage.
Build scenarios
Use the platform as a focused service inside the workflow you already own.
Create a property record, submit its approved photographs, monitor production, and return finished media to the brokerage system.
Connect capture, review, editing, and delivery tools while keeping each result attached to the correct property and source image.
Let agents request staging, twilight, cleanup, or exterior work from the CRM they already use—without exposing production credentials.
Give an approved AI client controlled Furnio tools so teams can prepare jobs, check status, and retrieve results conversationally.
Use webhooks to move thousands of asynchronous jobs through your own queues, review states, and customer delivery experience.
Build against deterministic sandbox responses, simulated failures, and fixture images before any production credit can be used.
Developer pricing
Developer accounts use renewable plans sized around expected production volume. Higher committed usage can receive negotiated per-output discounts, service limits, and support terms.
Build and validate without using production credits.
Renewable production allocation with rates based on committed monthly usage.
Commercial and operational terms for larger platforms and brokerages.
Production rates are quoted after use-case and volume review. Sandbox access never includes production processing.
Developer program
Share the product, workflow, expected image volume, and preferred integration. We’ll recommend the right access model and next test.
