Originals stay intact
Every job keeps the uploaded source separate from the finished result. The original is the truth reference for review.
Trust centre
A digitally altered listing photograph should never be presented as an unchanged record of the property. Furnio makes the source, permitted change, and customer review visible throughout the workflow.
Four commitments
Every job keeps the uploaded source separate from the finished result. The original is the truth reference for review.
Each service defines what it may change. Permanent property features are outside a workflow unless the customer explicitly selects a supported change.
Applicable results begin with a visible “Virtually Staged” label, and the disclosure can be prepared for the customer’s local rules.
AI output can contain errors. Furnio puts the before-and-after review in the delivery path; customers decide what is suitable to publish.
How Furnio moves data
Choose a workflow. The systems involved become active, data packets move between them, and the exact sequence appears below the map.

Selected flow
A source photo passes through Furnio’s protected edge, private storage, AI engine, and dedicated media delivery path.
Disclosure by default
Applicable finished images begin with a visible disclosure. Before downloading, customers can adjust its wording, type, size, colour, opacity, and position—or disable the visible label when their applicable rules allow.
Read the MLS® guideService boundaries
These boundaries describe the intended workflow. Generated output can still contain errors and must be inspected before publication.

Customer photographs
Furnio stores the uploaded source and generated result as separate objects. It does not overwrite the customer’s original photograph.
Uploads and downloads use controlled requests and signed object delivery. Access is tied to the authenticated account and job.
Property images follow the stated 30-day retention design. Archiving is a permanent deletion action, not long-term storage.
Customer photographs are not sold or placed in Furnio marketing without permission. Processing is limited to operating, securing, and troubleshooting the requested service.
Start with the property
