1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel an eligible subscription from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep plan access and available credits through that date, subject to the plan terms. The subscription will not renew after the period ends.
2. Upgrades, downgrades, and pauses
Unless the checkout screen says otherwise, downgrades and pauses take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrade timing and any prorated amount will be shown before confirmation.
3. One-time credit packs
A one-time credit pack may be eligible for a refund request within 7 days of purchase only if none of the purchased credits have been used, transferred, or combined with consumed work. Bonus or promotional credits have no cash value.
4. New subscriptions and renewals
A first subscription payment may be reviewed if requested within 7 days and no subscription credits have been used. An accidental monthly renewal may be reviewed if requested within 48 hours and no credits issued for the renewed period have been used. Approval remains subject to applicable law, payment history, abuse prevention, and the facts of the request.
5. Failed jobs
When Furnio records a technical failure before a usable output is delivered, the related credits should be restored to the account. A restored credit is not a cash refund. If restoration does not appear, contact billing support with the job identifier.
6. Non-refundable use
Credits consumed by completed processing, downloaded outputs, partially used packs, and customer errors are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Dissatisfaction with a generative result does not automatically create a refund right because AI outputs require customer review and can vary.
7. Requesting review
Send billing requests to billing@furnio.ai from the account email and include the invoice or payment reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
