1. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, verified-phone status, and preferences.
- For trial verification, the authentication provider processes the mobile number and verification code. Furnio’s trial system stores a one-way keyed phone claim, country code, last four digits for support, limited send records, and abuse-prevention signals rather than the raw phone number.
- Property information such as an entered address, unit number, coordinates, project name, and selected services.
- Uploaded photographs, masks, prompts, style choices, generated outputs, job status, and download records.
- Billing and subscription records. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored by Furnio.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, browser, device, request logs, error records, CAPTCHA results, and abuse signals.
- Messages you send to support, billing, privacy, or partnership addresses.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and operate the customer workspace.
- Validate balances and project limits before transfers and processing.
- Transmit photographs directly to object storage and approved AI providers.
- Create, monitor, return, and troubleshoot requested outputs.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions when billing is enabled.
- Protect users, investigate abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
- Respond to support, privacy, billing, and partnership requests.
3. Service providers
Furnio uses service providers that may process information on its behalf, including Supabase for authentication and database services; Cloudflare for Workers, security, delivery, and R2 object storage; LLM providers for image processing; Stripe for payments and subscriptions; and Mapbox for temporary address search, geocoding, and map presentation.
Mapbox geocoding in Furnio is configured for temporary use. Furnio stores the customer-confirmed property address and coordinates needed for the project, not a permanent copy of Mapbox’s response payload. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.
4. Image and verification retention
Uploaded originals and finished images are intended to be retained for 30 days, after which storage lifecycle rules delete them. Furnio also removes or invalidates associated retrieval links. A stale record may briefly remain while cleanup completes and will be shown as unavailable.
Archiving a property requests permanent deletion of its image objects and retrieval links. Archived content is not recoverable. Trial phone claims, verification send events, and limited audit records may be retained or temporarily blocked where necessary to enforce one trial per person, resolve support requests, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the service. Short-lived verification reservations and pending phone-change data are automatically expired.
5. How we share information
Furnio does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with processors needed to provide the service, professional advisers under confidentiality, authorities where legally required, or a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale subject to appropriate protections.
6. Security
Furnio uses access controls, row-level database security, signed object requests, encrypted transport, limited retention, and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account and for avoiding sensitive material that is unnecessary for photo processing.
7. Your choices and rights
- Review and update available profile information.
- Cancel eligible subscriptions from the billing area.
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.
- Control non-essential cookies where they are introduced.
- Unsubscribe from marketing messages while continuing to receive necessary service communications.
8. Children and international use
Furnio is intended for adults and professional use and is not directed to children under 18. If you use Furnio from another country, information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different privacy laws.
9. Contact and updates
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@furnio.ai. Furnio may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. Material updates will be communicated through the website, product, or account email where appropriate.
