1. Current offer controls
The active referral offer, eligible monthly subscription plans, discount amount, reward amount, qualification period, holding period, claim window, caps, and program availability are the values shown on Furnio’s referral page and in the customer workspace when an invitation is attached. Furnio Admin settings are the authoritative operational rules.
Furnio may change or pause the program prospectively. An eligible referral already attached to an account keeps the economic settings recorded at attachment unless it is removed, rejected, expired, reversed, or affected by fraud or payment reversal.
2. Eligibility and attribution
- Both the inviter and invited customer must have active Furnio accounts with distinct verified phone identities.
- The invited customer must meet the new-customer rules shown by the program and must not have previously purchased a Furnio subscription or credit pack.
- A referral can be attached by a valid link or code during the configured attribution window.
- Only one lifetime referral attribution is available to an invited customer. The first valid attribution wins.
- An invited customer may remove a tracked referral before the first qualifying subscription payment. It cannot be changed after payment.
3. Friend subscription benefit
The invited customer benefit applies only to eligible monthly subscription plans. It does not apply to one-time credit packs or top-ups.
Referral benefits do not combine with promotion or coupon benefits unless the live offer expressly allows stacking. Where stacking is disabled, the customer must choose one benefit before Checkout.
4. Referrer reward qualification
The reward is calculated from the lower eligible net paid amount among the qualifying subscription payments required by the live offer. Taxes, top-ups, discounts, refunds, disputes, existing account credit, and non-qualifying charges are excluded.
A reward becomes claimable only after the configured successful renewals and protection hold have completed without a refund or dispute. Furnio may place a record under review before approval. Per-referral, monthly, and lifetime caps may reduce or eliminate a reward.
5. Claiming invoice credit
A claim creates non-cash Stripe customer balance credit for the referrer. The credit is intended for a future Furnio subscription invoice and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to buy one-time credit packs.
Claimable rewards expire after the period shown in the live offer. Stripe and tax rules can affect how a customer balance credit appears or is applied to an invoice.
6. Reversals and program abuse
Furnio may reject, suspend, expire, or reverse a referral or reward affected by duplicate identity, self-referral, coordinated accounts, false information, automation, payment reversal, dispute, refund, or other abuse. A reversed claimed credit may create an offsetting customer balance debit.
Creating multiple accounts, using another person’s phone without authorization, cycling payment methods, or manipulating links or devices to obtain benefits is prohibited. Furnio may preserve limited referral, identity, payment, device, and request records to enforce these rules.
7. Administration and support
Referral decisions and configuration changes are auditable. Furnio may request information reasonably needed to review eligibility. Questions may be sent to billing@furnio.ai. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
