Popular questions

The answers customers look for most often.

What does one image cost?

A standard Furnio output costs 5 credits. Fifty credits produce 10 standard images. Some future workflows may use a different credit amount, which will be shown before submission.

When are credits checked?

Furnio checks the full required balance and property photo limit before any batch upload begins.

Do subscription credits roll over?

Unused subscription credits may cross into the next month up to three times per subscription year. The rollover count resets on the subscription anniversary while the subscription remains active.

How long are uploaded and finished images kept?

Furnio is designed around a 30-day image-retention window. Archived projects are permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Does Furnio visibly label staged images?

The “Virtually Staged” disclosure is enabled by default. You can edit its text, font, size, colour, opacity, and position, or download without it when your local rules allow.

Does Furnio guarantee MLS® compliance?

No. Furnio provides disclosure and comparison controls, but MLS®, brokerage, advertising, and local rules vary. The customer must review the image and confirm compliance.

Which files can I upload and download?

Current production workflows accept JPEG photographs and return JPEG images. PNG and WebP are not offered as download formats.

Can I manage several photographs for one property?

Yes. Property projects support individual jobs and batch uploads. Each photograph is processed separately unless you intentionally choose the multi-view workflow.

Getting started

Accounts, properties, uploads, and the first finished image.

How do I run my first job?

Create a property, choose a service, and upload a JPEG photograph. Furnio checks the required balance and property limit before the upload begins. Configure the available visual controls, submit the job, and review the result beside its exact source before downloading.

What photographs work best?

Use a sharp, well-exposed photograph with a level horizon and enough of the room or exterior in frame to understand its geometry. Heavy blur, extreme wide-angle distortion, clipped windows, and large obstructions reduce the amount of reliable visual information available to the workflow.

Which account methods are supported?

Customers can continue with Google or use a verified email address and password. Password reset is available from the sign-in screen. New customer accounts must complete the required mobile verification before the workspace opens.

Is a free preview always available?

No. Furnio may enable or pause a limited, watermarked preview program. When available, the workspace shows the eligible services, remaining previews, and unlock price. The live Admin configuration is authoritative.

Services and results

Workflow boundaries, disclosure, masks, and review.

What does standard virtual staging change?

It adds removable furniture and décor. The workflow is intended to preserve permanent architecture, room geometry, visible finishes, the camera position, and exterior views. Every generated result still requires customer review.

Which services need a painted mask?

Item removal and custom staging use the precision masking canvas. Paint only the object or region that should change. Smaller, deliberate masks generally produce more controlled results than large or overlapping regions.

How does the disclosure label work?

The “Virtually Staged” disclosure is enabled by default for applicable results. Before download, customers can edit the text, font, size, colour, opacity, and position, or disable the visible label when their applicable rules permit it.

Credits and billing

Balances, subscriptions, top-ups, invoices, and plan changes.

How are credits used?

The required credit amount is shown before a job is submitted. Standard outputs currently cost 5 credits. Furnio verifies the complete required balance before processing begins, and a recorded technical failure restores the related reserved credits.

Which credits are used first?

Expiring subscription credit is consumed before non-expiring top-up credit. This protects purchased top-ups while the customer uses the monthly balance that is tied to the active subscription.

When do plan changes take effect?

Cancellation and downgrade are scheduled for the end of the current paid period. The billing screen presents the effective date before confirmation. An eligible scheduled change can be removed before it takes effect.

Where are invoices and receipts?

Open Billing in the customer workspace. Each completed payment links to Stripe’s hosted invoice page, where the customer can view or download the available invoice and receipt documents.

Files and privacy

Formats, retention, signed delivery, and deletion.

How long are property images available?

Furnio is designed around a 30-day image-retention window. Download any files you need for your own records before that window ends.

What happens when I archive a property?

Archiving is a permanent deletion action for the property’s image objects and retrieval links. Archived images cannot be restored, so download required originals and results first.

Who receives my photographs?

Photographs are transmitted only to the storage, processing, security, and delivery providers required to run the selected job. Furnio does not sell customer photographs or use identifiable property imagery in marketing without permission.
